Mission Statement
The mission of Southeastern Randolph Middle School Counseling Department is to lead change by building positive relationships with students and by providing a comprehensive school counseling program. We will support student achievement by providing rigorous instructions in the areas of academic success, career planning, and personal/social development. We will prepare students to become life-long learners and start becoming career and college-ready. We will prepare students for the multitude of opportunities they will have to be competitive in a diverse 21st Century global society.
Vision Statement
The vision of the Southeastern Randolph Middle School counseling program will be that all students will be academically, socially, and emotionally ready for high school.
We believe that:
• All students can learn.
• All students will be taught in a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• All students deserve a counselor who is qualified, ethical, and well prepared.
• We along with other stakeholders share the responsibility and accountability for student learning.
